FINANCIAL TERMS:● We require a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT● Full Payment is due 90 days before check-in● Refunds will be processed until 90 days before check-in● No refunds will be processed 89 days before the check-in date● Should the need to cancel arise, you may transfer your registration to another participant, in a Contact separate from Rebel Heart Retreats.●
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the minimum number of participants required for their trip is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Your understanding in this matter is highly appreciated. Should a cancellation occur, we want to assure you that you will receive a full refund, with a deduction of a $75.00 Administration Fee. This fee is applied to cover the administrative costs associated with the planning and organization of the event.
