The Yarn Rebels – Return, Refund & Retreat Policy

At The Yarn Rebels, we create one-of-a-kind pieces made just for you through our print-on-demand process. Because of this, our policies reflect the care and customization that go into every order and event.

1. Product Returns & Refunds 

Custom-Made Products
All of our products are uniquely printed after you place your order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you've ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

When Returns Are Accepted
Returns and refunds are only offered for:

• Products that arrive damaged
• Orders with manufacturing defects
• You received the wrong item

Eligibility & Timeframe
To request a return or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Product
Items must be unused, unworn, and (if requested for return) in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a request using our Submit Issue form.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
3. Most cases do not require the return of the product.

Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Retreat Registration Policy

Refunds
Because we incur up-front costs to secure venues, instructors, and coordinators, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Transfer of Registration
If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant. This transfer must be arranged independently, and The Yarn Rebels retains the right to accept or decline the substitute participant.
All retreat sales are final.

Cancellations by The Yarn Rebels
If we must cancel a retreat due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee. Please note: we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or flight expenses incurred.
